Business Analyst

• Work closely with the business stakeholders to facilitate standardization of requirements to align with the application functions and minimize any customizations.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the cross-border payments domain and the application capabilities to facilitate solutioning of the end-to-end payment flow.
• Work with the business to enable them to come up with the to-be processes that promote digitization and standardization of the product value proposition to our customers.
• Provide the business users with global/ regional solutions based on the understanding of the cash management domain and the application landscape in the bank.
• Maintain up to date knowledge based on documents related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise)
