About the role

  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new FinTech services
  • Monitor and evaluate performance of existing FinTech companies and products and recommend improvements
  • Engage with internal partners to validate roadmap and solution
  • Manage high-visibility self-service initiatives with multiple stakeholders to drive alignment
  • Create and build innovative onboarding solutions and continually challenge processes
  • Produce and commercialize metrics for self-service onboarding and customer maintenance
  • Work with front-line and customer advocacy staff to obtain and utilize feedback for product enhancements
  • Train front-line personnel on digital products; update demos and user guides; facilitate training/Q&A
  • Conduct competitive analyses, report on product metrics, strategy planning and presentations
  • Assist with vendor management and risk management tasks
  • Coordinate internal communications, marketing activities and schedules
  • Lead user testing and focus groups; participate in requirement specification development
  • Support online product deployments, UAT, and production validation (may occur outside business hours)
  • Ensure compliance with Patriot Act, CIP, AML, BSA, Information Security and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 5-10 years’ experience in digital product management (ambitious candidate)
  • Experience in cash management entity onboarding of large global and regional institutions
  • Base understanding of typical client expectations, documentation requirements, signer management when onboarding in cash management
  • Bachelor's degree required (four-year college, preferably STEM); advanced degree/MBA advantageous
  • Creative problem solver, willing to work hard and learn
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to transition from working with oversight to working independently
