Participate in Mueller Development Program (MDP) rotational assignments across product design, manufacturing, additive manufacturing, continuous improvement, validation/testing, project management and sales support
Contribute to meaningful work from day one—implementing strategies, optimizing processes, driving change, and building relationships across the organization
Complete rotations lasting 6 to 12 months across various sites including Albertville, Atlanta, Brownsville, Chattanooga, Cleveland (TN and NC), Decatur, Kimball
Work on assigned projects that deliver value to the business rather than proof-of-concept work
Collaborate with leaders and mentors, attend organized events, and engage in structured development and mentorship activities
Upon program completion, accept full-time role within field of work
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
0-2 years of relevant work experience
Working knowledge of mechanical design and material science
Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes
Team player and self-starter with excellent written and communication skills
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical proficiency
Ability to adapt to change quickly
Applied curiosity
Effectively problem-solve and deliver high quality results
Ability to communicate and collaborate across wide range of stakeholders
