Mechanical Engineer

• Participate in Mueller Development Program (MDP) rotational assignments across product design, manufacturing, additive manufacturing, continuous improvement, validation/testing, project management and sales support
• Contribute to meaningful work from day one—implementing strategies, optimizing processes, driving change, and building relationships across the organization
• Complete rotations lasting 6 to 12 months across various sites including Albertville, Atlanta, Brownsville, Chattanooga, Cleveland (TN and NC), Decatur, Kimball
• Work on assigned projects that deliver value to the business rather than proof-of-concept work
• Collaborate with leaders and mentors, attend organized events, and engage in structured development and mentorship activities
• Upon program completion, accept full-time role within field of work
