About the role
- Process Governance: Structure governance and define the organization's process framework.
- Process Architecture: Lead the development of the process taxonomy.
- Compliance and Risk: Ensure all processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Change Management: Promote a process-oriented culture across the organization and train leadership.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish indicators (KPIs and PPIs) and SLAs to ensure results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Process Governance within the financial sector.
- Deep knowledge of leading market frameworks: BPM CBOK.
- Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA).
- Experience with modeling and automation tools (e.g., Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, or Visio).
- Strong understanding of risks and internal controls applied to financial processes.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and propose evidence-based improvements.
- CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional) certification.
- Knowledge of Process Mining.
- Familiarity with COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 9001.
- Experience in digital transformation and automation projects (RPA).
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Process Management, Project Management, or Strategic Management.
