Build and develop a world-class customer service and installation team that aggressively promotes and supports the Pella Carolina and Pella brand on all installation projects.
Create exceptional customer satisfaction and consistently deliver on the value proposition with overall Company strategy.
Pre/Post Site Inspections to determine project/site readiness and quality of installation.
Daily Installation site check-ins to ensure proper installation procedures are being followed.
Communicate all issues onsite to inside team with thorough description, documentation and photos promptly.
Serve as Field Level main POC for inside team and installers; field installer questions and concerns during the installation process.
Perform basic recovery tasks when necessary.
View daily Dashboards for overall awareness of current and upcoming workload.
Effectively utilize the Pella OMS, Salesforce (PIES/Field Service), PQM, Company Cam and Service Systems.
Troubleshoot customer issues onsite and handle customer requests timely and professionally.

Customer facing and able to troubleshoot issues that arise on the fly and come up with quick solutions.
Handle all customer requests timely and professionally.
Quickly build rapport with inside and outside customers.
