About the role

  • Project Governance: Create and maintain project plans, manage risks, track budgets, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Communication & Reporting: Act as a liaison between teams and leadership; present project updates and status reports clearly.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance through regular audits, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimizations.
  • Capacity Planning: Allocate personnel and resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize tasks in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders; ensure items are delivered on time.
  • Demos & UAT: Coordinate user acceptance testing and product demos; gather feedback and resolve any issues.
  • Project Support: Guide execution across various departments and assist in planning, risk tracking, and closure activities.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate performance metrics and apply corrective actions for continuous project success.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS, IT services, or MSP environments
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects within scope, budget, and timeline
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project) and CRMs like HubSpot
  • Managed or participated in a project involving automation or workflow/process optimization (e.g., bots, RPA, Zapier, Power Automate) is a plus!
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile development, user story creation, and backlog prioritization
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus
  • Bonus: Experience working in or with a PMO structure
