About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage the build, configuration, and support of Epic Willow Inpatient and related pharmacy applications
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy Leadership, Nursing, Clinical Operations, and Information Systems to optimize medication-use workflows
  • Support clinical safety, compliance, and quality initiatives aligned with USP, Joint Commission, and institutional standards
  • Evaluate and refine workflows to enhance medication management, charge capture, and decision support
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation to ensure seamless operations across inpatient settings
  • Provide on-call support and timely issue resolution impacting pharmacy and clinical operations
  • Lead or support initiatives in barcode medication administration, sterile compounding, and inventory management
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and user resources for clinical staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Certification in Epic Willow Inpatient required
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Willow Inpatient or similar pharmacy applications
  • Strong understanding of related Epic modules (ClinDoc, Orders, Beacon, Resolute, and Inventory)
  • Experience partnering with Finance, Revenue Integrity, and Pharmacy teams to optimize medication charging and billing
  • Pharmacy experience is a plus
