About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and supportive experience
- Greet clients and provide assistance upon arrival
- Communicate wait times, scheduling updates, and service information
- Explain center policies related to payments, cancellations, and attendance
- Answer incoming calls, screen for appropriate services, and schedule appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries through the Patient Portal
- Support virtual mind-body and exercise programs, including enrollment and technical assistance
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare deposits
- Collaborate with team members to resolve client concerns and support overall operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a patient-facing healthcare setting
- Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Interest in behavioral health, counseling services, integrative medicine, or patient support programs
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
