About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide application support for Pathology LIS systems including, but not limited to, interfaces, Voice recognition, Digital images, devices support.
Provide Project Management skills to assign projects.
Lead project to achieve a successful outcome.
Assist with the development and provide end-user training with users at all levels.
Comfortable interacting with customers
Assist with new modality installs including testing and connectivity to the lab information systems.
Prepare test plans, coordinate and conduct detailed comprehensive functional, interface, regression, integration, and post-implementation testing of new system releases to ensure readiness for enterprise deployment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Epic Beaker AP certification must already be obtained.
Background in laboratory environments, ideally within pathology
Proven experience leading or supporting project execution and delivery
Demonstrated expertise in clinical systems implementation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades
Strong ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in dynamic environments
