About the role
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of complex infrastructure and construction projects from planning through closeout
- Manage day‑to‑day project delivery while aligning with PD&C governance and oversight standards
- Oversee projects involving critical utilities, MEP systems, and life‑safety upgrades
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal partners to meet scope, schedule, and quality goals
- Monitor construction progress through site inspections, field reporting, and issue resolution
- Support evaluation of design concepts for feasibility, constructability, and operational impact
- Track project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to support financial discipline
- Participate in procurement, bidding, and contract award recommendations
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to consistent project delivery practices
Requirements
- Significant experience managing complex construction or infrastructure projects
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects through all phases of design and construction
- Strong knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Experience supporting project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting
