About the role
- Partner with business leaders to align AI product strategy with enterprise objectives.
- Own the AI product lifecycle from ideation and validation through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear use cases, feature requirements, and executable delivery plans.
- Establish measurable frameworks to evaluate business value, model performance, and product impact beyond traditional metrics.
- Serve as the connective layer across data science, engineering, design, and business stakeholders to drive clarity and momentum.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to define requirements, validate feasibility, and optimize solution design.
- Guide trade-off decisions across scope, timeline, and investment while maintaining delivery accountability.
- Partner with engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines and support model evaluation and operational readiness.
- Ensure responsible and ethical AI usage aligned with organizational governance standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience in data-driven or technology-enabled product environments.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, large language models, and conversational AI platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of machine learning concepts, data science practices, and AI development lifecycles.
- Demonstrated experience defining success metrics and evaluating model and product performance.
- Experience operating within healthcare or similarly regulated environments preferred.
