About the role

  • Work directly with key stakeholders to assist in driving business decisions.
  • Analyze monthly financial results, including KPI’s, and identify/explain trends, preparing related summaries/management reports for business leaders.
  • Develop and automate models to transform data into meaningful reporting/action plans.
  • Assist in developing Budget/Plan and Forecast using various models, industry data, and insights from business leaders.
  • Help run projects and be able to mentor Junior/Senior Analysts on the team.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Data & Analytics business partners to build and implement AI-centric reporting, modeling, and business insight solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or other relevant disciplines.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • CPA or CFA preferred but not required.
  • Insurance licenses such as CPCU, Affiliated, P&C licensing, etc. a plus.
  • Experience with Workday suite of products and Adaptive Insights a plus.
  • Experience with process automation and utilization of Anthropic AI tools a plus.
