About the role
- You analyze and continuously optimize data to drive campaign growth.
- Develop marketing strategies together with our social media team and our clients—targeted and effective.
- You are the primary point of contact for the client.
- You independently carry out strategic planning, campaign set-ups and data analyses.
- Implementation and maintenance of tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Analyze campaigns, derive insights and provide regular reporting.
- You scale existing campaigns and think well beyond the obvious.
- With your empathetic, professional and confident manner you build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Online Marketing Manager, SEM/Performance Marketing Specialist or Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on Google Ads and tracking.
- Solid experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools.
- Coding skills are a plus.
- Excellent German skills (C2).
- English skills are a plus (at least B2).
