About the role
- Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms
- Identify and engage potential buyers to generate qualified meetings for the sales team
- Perform cold calls and emails to introduce the company
- Prospect and manage outreach sequences on LinkedIn
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects
- Work with the Head of Sales to refine communication strategies
Requirements
- Min. 5 years experience generating new business opportunities in B2B environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable approaching new prospects
- Ability to quickly understand business needs
- Well experienced in cold calling and cold mailing
- Hunter mentality with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Handles rejection constructively and maintains momentum
- Consistently follows up and keeps conversations moving forward
- Able to adapt messaging and communication style depending on the prospect
- Excellent time management and personal organization in a remote environment
- C2 English; C2 Spanish or Italian; French is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems; Experience with HubSpot is a plus
