About the role

  • Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms
  • Identify and engage potential buyers to generate qualified meetings for the sales team
  • Perform cold calls and emails to introduce the company
  • Prospect and manage outreach sequences on LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects
  • Work with the Head of Sales to refine communication strategies

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years experience generating new business opportunities in B2B environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable approaching new prospects
  • Ability to quickly understand business needs
  • Well experienced in cold calling and cold mailing
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive problem-solving approach
  • Handles rejection constructively and maintains momentum
  • Consistently follows up and keeps conversations moving forward
  • Able to adapt messaging and communication style depending on the prospect
  • Excellent time management and personal organization in a remote environment
  • C2 English; C2 Spanish or Italian; French is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems; Experience with HubSpot is a plus
