About the role
- Take full ownership of tasks: design, build, test, deploy, monitor
- Development of core customer-facing products from scratch to production
- Automating from infrastructure (IaC) to deployments
- Getting hands-on with code — Python, Rust, Next.js
- Shape architecture and API design with a backend-first focus
- Deliver frontend features with React + Next.js
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer
- Proven record of delivering real-world production apps
- Strong backend experience with Node.js + SQL
- Designed and delivered backend solutions, with informed decisions on architecture, database selection, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Hands-on experience deploying and running applications on AWS
- Practical experience designing, maintaining, or optimizing search and indexing systems such as Elasticsearch, Open Search
- Frontend skills with React, Next.js , and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Docker
- Logs, monitoring, issue tracing skills
- Willingness to expand into Rust or Python
- Entrepreneurial mindset, structured approach to tasks
- Transparent communication in team collaboration
- Successfully completed bachelor's degree in computer engineering or similar
- English C1-C2 proficiency
