About the role

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the role of Performance Manager in the Meta Ads area.
  • Excellent German language skills (C2).
  • English skills are a plus (at least B2).
  • Confident, empathetic and transparent communication is part of your daily routine.
  • You have solid experience with Meta Ads.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and TikTok is a plus.
  • A/B testing and data-driven decision-making are natural to you.
  • With your professional and empathetic manner you succeed in building sustainable client relationships.
  • Organising and structuring analyses, clients and meetings is standard for you.
