About the role
- You continuously analyze and optimize data to drive campaign growth.
- Develop marketing strategies together with our social media team and our clients—targeted and effective.
- You act as the client's main point of contact. You independently handle strategic planning, campaign setups, and data analyses.
- Implement and maintain tracking solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
- Analyze campaigns, derive insights, and provide regular reporting.
- You scale existing campaigns and regularly think beyond conventional approaches.
- With your empathetic, professional, and confident manner, you build long-term client relationships.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in roles such as Online Marketing Manager, SEM/Performance Marketing Specialist, or Digital Marketing Specialist focusing on Google Ads and tracking.
- Solid experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Coding knowledge in areas such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to adjust tracking scripts.
- Excellent German skills (C2). English skills are a plus (at least B2).
