• Collect, analyze, and report on HR metrics
• Maintain HR data accuracy in Personio and Leapsome
• Handle administrative tasks related to employee development, organisational structures, and well-being
• Assist with performance review cycle on Leapsome (user setup, competency configuration, training materials, survey analysis)
• Support HR projects and maintain Confluence knowledge base
• Draft company-wide communications
• Oversee Berlin office daily operations, manage supplies, mail, vendors
• Organize team events and social activities
