About the role
- Analyze, monitor, and manage high priority, large to medium-sized cross-functional projects
- Assess business problems and opportunities and recommends best course of action
- Participate in conversations with management team to identify, define and prioritize portfolio of projects
- Utilize broad base knowledge in multiple functional areas to solve problems and improve processes
- Identify and gather business process metrics, voice of customer, voice of business, policy/procedure impacts
- Maintain appropriate documentation including project charter, progress updates, and final reports
- Effectively communicate progress to operational leadership
- Work with management to create executive level presentations
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
- Proven communication skills working with executive/Senior Leadership
- Process-driven mindset
- Knowledge of Business Process Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree
