About the role

  • Analyze, monitor, and manage high priority, large to medium-sized cross-functional projects
  • Assess business problems and opportunities and recommends best course of action
  • Participate in conversations with management team to identify, define and prioritize portfolio of projects
  • Utilize broad base knowledge in multiple functional areas to solve problems and improve processes
  • Identify and gather business process metrics, voice of customer, voice of business, policy/procedure impacts
  • Maintain appropriate documentation including project charter, progress updates, and final reports
  • Effectively communicate progress to operational leadership
  • Work with management to create executive level presentations

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Proven communication skills working with executive/Senior Leadership
  • Process-driven mindset
  • Knowledge of Business Process Management, Change Management and Business Process Re-engineering
  • Bachelor’s Degree
