Execute visually compelling designs for digital and print channels, including streaming health platforms, portal products, email, print materials, presentations, and video assets
Collaborate with writers, strategists, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions
Support the design process from concept through final execution under the direction of senior designers and project leads
Apply and help maintain design templates, style guides, and design systems
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design technologies
Manage individual design tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and communicate design rationale
Ensure design assets meet performance and usability standards across platforms and devices
Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all design work

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or a related field
Portfolio showcasing a range of design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Sketch; Figma; or similar tools
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Familiarity with email design, print production, and portal/web interfaces
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
Advanced degree preferred
Familiarity with web and mobile design, responsive design, and UX principles is a plus
Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, attention to detail, and quality-focused skills
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods
