About the role
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting according to KONE Accounting Standards and statutory requirements
- Analyze organization’s business activities and advise management on financial matters
- Collaborate with finance global process owners to resolve process issues
- Oversee the audit process and ensure compliance with local legislation
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree in accountancy, economics, finance or audit
- Proven experience (3+ years) in Financial Controller or Chief Accountant role in the international company
- Experience in tax preparation and regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Fluent in Lithuanian and full professional proficiency in English
- Experience with SAP will be considered an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and very good knowledge of Excel
- Team player attitude and ability to mentor colleagues in the area of competence
- Readiness to support local and regional management in decision making
