About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape the digital transformation of various industries by integrating analog and digital business models.
Design and implement holistic corporate transformations and Industry 4.0 initiatives at the top-management level.
Develop, implement, and monitor strategic concepts for industrial companies across Germany.
Prepare and deliver (client) presentations and results briefings at the top-management level.
Coordinate all relevant stakeholders and independently organize meetings.
Conduct project or study research as well as result evaluation and analysis.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience through relevant internships in consulting
Completed Master's degree in economics/business administration or a comparable field with excellent academic performance
Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic foresight and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent analytical thinking, team spirit, communication skills, commitment, and flexibility
Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
