About the role

  • Shape the digital transformation of various industries by integrating analog and digital business models.
  • You design and implement holistic corporate transformations and Industry 4.0 initiatives at top-management level: developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic concepts for industrial companies across Germany.
  • (Client) presentations / results presentations at top-management level
  • Coordinate all relevant stakeholders and independently organize meetings
  • Conduct research for projects or studies and evaluate and analyze results

Requirements

  • Practical experience through relevant internships in consulting
  • Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable field, with excellent academic results
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic foresight and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent analytical thinking and team spirit, as well as communication skills, commitment, and flexibility
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
