Key responsibilities & impact

Shape the digital transformation of various industries by integrating analog and digital business models.
You design and implement holistic corporate transformations and Industry 4.0 initiatives at top-management level: developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic concepts for industrial companies across Germany.
(Client) presentations / results presentations at top-management level
Coordinate all relevant stakeholders and independently organize meetings
Conduct research for projects or studies and evaluate and analyze results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience through relevant internships in consulting
Master’s degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable field, with excellent academic results
Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic foresight and a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent analytical thinking and team spirit, as well as communication skills, commitment, and flexibility
Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
