About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close
  • Run discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Build relationships with marketing, growth, and revenue leaders
  • Manage opportunities through the CRM and maintain accurate forecasts
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
  • Provide customer feedback to influence product development
  • Help build and improve repeatable sales processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of Account Executive experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven experience managing a full sales cycle
  • Strong discovery, presentation, and closing skills
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or fast-growing SaaS company
  • Self-starter who enjoys building processes and wearing multiple hats
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Martech, AI, or GTM technology experience is a plus
