About the role

  • As a Videographer & Producer, you will be directly involved in our productions and take responsibility for camera, audio and editing — with a focus on social media formats.
  • You will work closely with our Creative Producer and the post-production team.
  • You will independently execute smaller shoots (e.g., interviews, B-roll, social clips).
  • Manage sound & lighting for compact setups independently.
  • Be regularly on location across German-speaking Switzerland.
  • Actively contribute to story structure, hooks and visual execution.
  • Edit the produced material (Premiere Pro, optionally DaVinci Resolve or similar).

Requirements

  • Some professional experience or solid practical experience with professional camera systems (e.g., Sony).
  • Confident handling of social media formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.) and understanding of platform-specific requirements.
  • Structured, reliable working style — able to take full responsibility for small-scale productions.
  • Professional and personable demeanor on set and a strong team player.
  • Flexibility for shoots at various locations in German-speaking Switzerland (half-day or full-day productions).
