Key responsibilities & impact

Provide onsite and remote Help Desk support for employees company wide.
Reset passwords, troubleshoot electronic equipment malfunction, adjust end user account permissions across various platforms.
Assist with setup and maintenance of the equipment at the office.
Prepare desktops for work from home employees and facilitate the pick up of the equipment at the office.
Verify that all equipment is accounted for when work from home employees return equipment setups.
Manage equipment inventory and keep accurate records of amounts and the status of equipment in storage.
Submit equipment purchase proposals to the IT Manager for review.
