About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide onsite and remote Help Desk support for employees company wide.
  • Reset passwords, troubleshoot electronic equipment malfunction, adjust end user account permissions across various platforms.
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of the equipment at the office.
  • Prepare desktops for work from home employees and facilitate the pick up of the equipment at the office.
  • Verify that all equipment is accounted for when work from home employees return equipment setups.
  • Manage equipment inventory and keep accurate records of amounts and the status of equipment in storage.
  • Submit equipment purchase proposals to the IT Manager for review.
