Marketing and Communications Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day execution of communications, public relations, and events programs
- Draft and ship clear, on-brand external communications
- Develop and maintain messaging library with positioning, talking points, FAQs
- Partner with engineering, product, and ecosystem leads to translate technical milestones
- Build and maintain relationships with reporters across crypto and fintech
- Run press cycles end-to-end for fundraises, partnerships, and ecosystem launches
- Own events presence at conferences and summits that matter
- Manage on-the-ground execution of events and own the events budget
- Help shape and protect the Move Industries brand voice
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in communications, PR, events, or marketing
- Clear familiarity with the major fintech and crypto event circuit
- Relationships with reporters covering crypto, fintech, or emerging tech
- Strong, fast writing
- Operator instincts
- Comfort with the pace and ambiguity of an early-stage company
- Genuine interest in crypto and where Move and Movement fit in the broader Layer 1 landscape
