About the role

  • Create, structure and produce high-converting video ads for digital products
  • Develop creatives that:
  • - Generate extreme curiosity
  • - Show real, live operations being performed on the platform
  • - Explain step-by-step how to use the AI clearly and persuasively
  • Produce videos (using actor scenes, AI avatars, clones, staged scenes, dynamic cuts)
  • Generate voice, audio and narration
  • Edit and rapidly create variations of creatives
  • Write and structure scripts, hooks, CTAs and performance-focused narratives
  • Organize creative library, A/B tests and variations
  • Work with a performance mindset, metrics and scaling

Requirements

  • Proven experience creating video ad creatives for digital products
  • Strong understanding of copywriting for performance videos
  • Exceptional organization and process-oriented thinking
  • Ability to operate as a complete creative team (idea → production → editing)
  • Constant curiosity and expertise (or strong interest) in:
  • - AI tools for video, voice, editing and automation
  • - Growth mindset, testing and continuous optimization
