About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing and ensuring that the success and quality of initiatives and projects across a large federal contract
- Managing a team of quality improvement facilitators to deliver effective technical assistance
- Serving as the point of contact and liaison between the prime contract holder and Mountain Pacific
- Implementing the goals of the Task Order in an impactful, meaningful, and relevant manner with frontline health facilities and outpatient clinical practice practices
- Collaborating with the primary contractor awarded to identify, collaborate, plan and organize work flows with a strategic vision.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree in healthcare administration or business administration or related field
- At least five (5) years of administrative experience
- Three (3) years of experience in a senior hospital or healthcare leadership position
- Excellent organizational, communication written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to act as the regional representative and lead the collaboration, reporting and improvement on one or more topics across the region.
