About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical services and assessments to clients, including a DSM-V Diagnosis
  • Conduct initial intakes and ongoing assessments for clients
  • Provide group therapy sessions to small groups of enrolled clients
  • Build rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries
  • Create individual client treatment plans and crisis intervention plans
  • Collaborate with the client’s care team for care coordination and treatment planning
  • Maintain assigned caseload and meet productivity/billing expectations
  • Identify and report all-important child or program needs to relevant personnel
  • Participate in the crisis phone line rotation regularly
  • Document dates, times, and progress notes for all meetings in an online database

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree (MS, MA, Ph.D.) in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • At least two years of direct work experience in the social work field
  • Current licensure as an LCSW or LCPC in Montana or ability to pursue licensure within 90 days of hire
