About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide clinical services and assessments to clients, including a DSM-V Diagnosis
Conduct initial intakes and ongoing assessments for clients
Provide group therapy sessions to small groups of enrolled clients
Build rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries
Create individual client treatment plans and crisis intervention plans
Collaborate with the client’s care team for care coordination and treatment planning
Maintain assigned caseload and meet productivity/billing expectations
Identify and report all-important child or program needs to relevant personnel
Participate in the crisis phone line rotation regularly
Document dates, times, and progress notes for all meetings in an online database

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced degree (MS, MA, Ph.D.) in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
At least two years of direct work experience in the social work field
Current licensure as an LCSW or LCPC in Montana or ability to pursue licensure within 90 days of hire
