About the role
- Provide therapy to mothers and expecting mothers, children, and families
- Conduct initial intakes and ongoing assessments for clients
- Provide group therapy sessions
- Build rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries
- Create individual client treatment plans and crisis intervention plans
- Collaborate with the care team for care coordination and treatment planning
- Maintain assigned caseload and productivity expectations
Requirements
- Advanced degree (MS, MA, Ph.D.) in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- At least two years of direct work experience in the social work field
- Current licensure as an LCSW or LCPC in the state of Montana or ability to pursue licensure within 90 days of hire
