About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain high-quality BIM MEPF models
Work closely within multidisciplinary teams to coordinate MEP services
Prepare clear and detailed MEPF drawings and sheet sets
Carry out thorough QA/QC checks on both models and drawings
Support and guide junior BIM modelers
Work closely with BIM Managers to ensure BIM deliverables are on schedule
Implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), along with project standards and workflows
Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using tools like Navisworks or ACC
Regularly review outputs to ensure they are accurate and buildable
Contribute to improving workflows by collaborating with technology teams to enhance BIM tools, processes, and automation
Keep up to date with the latest BIM technologies, ISO 19650 standards, and industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in BIM MEPF modelling, coordination and sheet preparation
Strong communication skills
Degree/diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), AutoCAD, Open Building Designer (OBD) (Optional), Microsoft Office Suites
