About the role

  • Serve as the DevOps representative for the tribe, acting as the technical reference and point of contact for infrastructure and CI/CD topics.
  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and security of the infrastructure.
  • Fix, stabilize, and evolve CI/CD pipelines.
  • Reduce incidents caused by deployments and infrastructure changes.
  • Proactively identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Implement monitoring and actionable alerts with cost awareness.
  • Optimize cloud spending by balancing performance and efficiency.
  • Work closely with developers, product, and security teams.
  • Promote DevOps best practices to reduce toil and increase scalability.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience with AWS (primary), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar), and deployment pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar).
  • Knowledge of deployment strategies (Canary, Blue/Green).
  • Experience operating production systems with real traffic.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices.
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
  • Hands-on, proactive profile with autonomy and technical responsibility.
  • Plus: Experience with GitHub Actions.
  • Experience with ECS or EKS.
  • Experience configuring multiple AWS accounts.
  • Knowledge of network protocols.
