About the role
- Conduct interviews, focus groups, ethnographic studies, and usability tests;
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights, and use data analytics tools to interpret usage metrics and user behavior;
- Develop and maintain detailed personas and user journey maps based on research, and regularly update these artifacts to reflect changes in user needs and behavior;
- Work closely with the design team to ensure design solutions meet user needs;
- Create and test low- and high-fidelity prototypes to validate design concepts and iterate quickly based on user feedback and usability testing;
- Document research findings clearly and accessibly and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the company;
- Monitor product performance and suggest continuous improvements based on research and user feedback, and stay up to date with design trends and market best practices.
Requirements
- Solid experience in digital product design, with experience in gamification and/or engagement products;
- Fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish;
- Proficient in Figma;
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and familiarity with user-centered design methodologies;
- Experience analyzing product and usability metrics (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and concisely;
- Proactive and able to work autonomously to manage complex, multitask projects, anticipate issues, and propose solutions;
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams;
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development practices;
- Initiative to help mature the team by absorbing and sharing knowledge.
