About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage team capacity and competency planning to ensure resources are aligned with project requirements
  • Develop and own system verification and integration plans in direct collaboration with development teams and project stakeholders
  • Define clear acceptance criteria for system requirements in cooperation with product managers and engineers
  • Create and execute detailed test cases to validate systems, hardware, and software
  • Lead the overall validation and verification strategy
  • Drive test automation by designing automation schemes and integrating them into our CI/CD pipelines
  • Support and maintain test infrastructure, equipment, and tools
  • Analyze test results, identify risks, prepare verification reports, and communicate key metrics to stakeholders and management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Engineering (Software, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics) or another relevant technical field
  • Minimum seven years of hands-on testing experience in the Automotive ADAS domain
  • Experience leading initiatives and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Practical experience in verification and validation of safety-critical systems according to ISO 26262
  • Strong hands-on programming and scripting skills in C++ and Python or other languages commonly used in this environment
  • Practical experience developing test automation and performing Software-in-the-Loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) tests
  • Solid knowledge of automotive communication protocols, including CAN and Ethernet
  • Deep understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and their core concepts
  • Hands-on experience with ASPICE and agile development methodologies
  • Practical experience with simulation platforms such as CARLA and middleware like ROS2 is advantageous
  • Experience or familiarity with Adaptive AUTOSAR and the QNX operating system.
