About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of evaluation frameworks for the autonomous system
- Collaborate closely with Functional Safety and Systems Engineering teams
- Monitor the reliability of evaluation metrics and performance data
- Drive our approach to performance analysis using data-backed statistical methods
- Build confidence in the evaluation framework through data-driven insights
- Establish correlation between on-road and simulation data

- Mentor and collaborate with fellow engineers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of industry experience solving complex problems with large datasets
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Robotics, Physics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field. Master's or PhD preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience applying advanced statistical and ML methods
- Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and causal analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects from problem definition to actionable results
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
