About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the coordination, tracking, and communication of high-priority strategic projects that span multiple internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CoS with departmental leads, ensuring alignment, surfacing roadblocks, and maintaining momentum on key initiatives.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation for internal strategy reviews and project steering committee meetings.
  • Conduct analytical review and drafting/editing of responses to high-stakes internal and external communications.
  • Digest complex technical, financial, and operational information into clear, concise, and strategic summaries for executive consumption and decision-making.
  • Prepare the CoS for meetings by providing timely and relevant research, talking points, and data-driven insights.
  • Assist the CoS in managing and prioritizing their strategic calendar, aligning time and resources with the company's highest priorities.
  • Identify and implement efficiencies in organizational processes and reporting structures to streamline the CoS office operations.
  • Conduct rapid, targeted research and analysis on emerging business opportunities or threats to inform strategic planning.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5 years of experience in a high-growth environment, ideally within a strategy consulting firm, internal corporate strategy team, Program Management Office (PMO), or an operational role with a strategic focus.
  • Demonstrated understanding of technical concepts, engineering workflows, or data analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, from inception to completion.
  • Exceptional ability to think analytically, structure complex arguments, and communicate (written and verbal) clearly and persuasively to executive and external audiences.
