• Contribute to the testing infrastructure by creating testing frameworks and contributing to existing ones to provide test coverage and confidence to systems
• Act as a key technical contributor to the Principal Engineer of AV Test Engineering, driving alignment with organizational objectives
• Take ownership of processes, deliverables, and reporting to support OKRs, both technical and non-technical
• Contribute to strategic planning and goal-setting for various projects and programs
• Mentor and coach junior Engineers to enhance their technical skills
• Ensure compliance with global process standards across multiple sites and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Champion a culture of safety, leading by example in promoting safe and efficient operations and ensuring team compliance with training
• Develop scalable, streamlined processes to meet the evolving needs of the organization
• Monitor department performance and provide feedback to cross-functional teams to enhance software, system design, and safety processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize testing activities and promote test consolidation and creation
• Monitor and report on department performance and support cross-functional improvements
