Full-stack Engineer

• Lead a team of software, integration, simulation and experts metrics in analysis to determine areas of the planning and controls components of the autonomy system that should be improved to meet reliability and performance targets, allowing the autonomous vehicle to operate safely in increasingly challenging scenarios.
• Lead the team to develop analytics dashboards that provide insight to leaders and engineering team on current system performance and potential areas of improvement
• Lead analysis of cross-team system issues and recommend changes
• Collaborate with adjacent engineering teams to drive improvements in components
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure a high performing team
