About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create digital creative across paid social, marketing and campaign channels
- Develop multiple creative concepts and iterations across campaigns and content
- Work closely with the Performance team to optimise creative for engagement and conversion
- Design assets across Meta, digital ads, landing pages, email and broader marketing collateral
- Support the wider Creative team with campaign ideation and execution
- Respond quickly to trends, insights and testing opportunities with new creative angles
- Help evolve and maintain visual consistency across Mosh & Moshy creative output
- Collaborate with Creative, Social and Performance teams to bring ideas to life
- Contribute ideas around creative experimentation, AI tools and emerging content trends
- Assist with broader brand and campaign work where required
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4+ years’ experience in a digital design, graphic design or creative role
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital, social and performance-focused work
- Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro)
- Experience creating content for paid social and digital marketing channels
- An understanding of what makes content perform across platforms like Meta
- Confidence managing multiple briefs and working at pace
- Strong attention to detail and solid design fundamentals
- A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and iteration
- Interest in AI, content trends and evolving creative tools
- Experience in motion, video editing, animation or performance creative testing is highly regarded.
