About the role
- Own the Web design experience & design for high-performance conversion
- Design and ship beautiful mobile-first landing pages, sections and components using no-code tools (Framer/Webflow)
- Design the A/B tests for our landing pages, quiz, and checkout flows
- Work in a genuinely agile environment: frequent releases, fast feedback, real learnings
- Permission to fail. Enjoy the freedom to move fast, try things, break stuff.
- Create high-fidelity designs, flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Design intuitive mid-funnel quiz and checkout experiences and experiments
- Contribute to and evolve Mosh’s design system to ensure consistency and speed
- Plan and run research with the CRO Lead to test hypotheses and validate ideas
- Share learnings at bi-weekly showcases to influence product direction
- Partner with engineers, CRO, clinical ops, and designers to solve real customer problems
- Explore new tools (including AI-powered prototyping) to increase speed and quality
- Serve as a contributor to the marketing, product, design and data team’s culture by bringing new perspectives and ways of working to uplevel everyone’s work
Requirements
- A strong portfolio of high conversion mobile-first experiences
- 2-4 years of design experience in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Figma with strong UI, web design and prototyping skills
- Proficiency in no-code website builders (We’re thinking Framer or Webflow but you’ll get a say in the tooling that works best for you)
- Experience building beautiful, high conversion landing pages
- Openness to making mistakes and iterating based on feedback
- Strong knowledge in user research principles, has lead user research in the past to understand problems, define solutions and test for usability with end customers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and take on critical feedback
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for creating delightful user experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- Bonus: Prior experience in a growth design or visual design role
- Experience with new AI design tooling and prototyping software (think v0 or Figma Make)
- Strong UX copywriting skills
