About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and manage company incorporation processes in Brazil involving foreign shareholders (individuals or legal entities).
Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, tax and regulatory laws.
Prepare and review articles of incorporation, minutes and other corporate documents.
Act as the primary point of contact between foreign clients and Brazilian regulatory authorities.
Perform accounting and tax analyses related to international corporate structures.
Support the financial and tax management of established companies.
Prepare and analyze trial balances and financial statements.
Perform account reconciliations.
Prepare ancillary tax filings and statutory reports.
Assist with year-end closings and the preparation of accounting reports.
Carry out financial control activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with active registration at the Regional Accounting Council (CRC).
Proven experience in company incorporation and regularization involving foreign participation.
Advanced English (written and spoken fluency).
Knowledge of Brazilian corporate and tax legislation, especially regarding international operations.
Intercultural communication and negotiation skills.
