Key responsibilities & impact- Developing sales, relationships, and promoting a range of poultry equipment and custom solutions across the United States.
- Frequent travel (approximately 90%) to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of experience in sales or production, preferably in the agricultural, poultry, or equipment sales industry.
- General understanding of poultry plant operations and the specific equipment used in the industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel 90% of the time, including overnight stays across the United States.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines and sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel by car, plane, or other means as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Problem-solving ability
- Effective interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
