Systems Engineer

• Draft, write, and maintain software requirements, ensuring traceability and managing changes throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive software verification plans to support system validation and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with the Program Management to lead and execute key project milestones.
• Participate in the drafting and maintenance of technical documentation, including: Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Software Design Documents (SDD), Interface Control Documents (ICD), Development Plans, Software Configuration Management Plans (SCMP), Test cases and test plans.
• Function in an automated CI/CD pipeline and participate in maturing and maintaining the pipeline.
• Produce artifacts for audit readiness exposed to compliance reports aligned with internal processes and standards as well as industry standards and specifications (e.g. NASA AS9115, SPEC 2661, AS9100, etc.).
