Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Around 10 years of procurement experience within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation
Experience managing supplier performance and mitigating supply chain risk
Solid understanding of inventory management and working capital principles
Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver cost improvements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance competing priorities and make confident decisions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the business
Previous experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams
Practical, hands-on approach
