Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Around 10 years of procurement experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation
  • Experience managing supplier performance and mitigating supply chain risk
  • Solid understanding of inventory management and working capital principles
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver cost improvements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and make confident decisions
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the business
  • Previous experience leading, mentoring, and developing teams
  • Practical, hands-on approach
