About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, coordinate, and lead all activities related to quality management throughout the company's processes.
  • Develop and implement Dynamic Control Plans.
  • Prepare work instructions and in-process release sheets.
  • Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Gage R&R studies.
  • Analyze internal and external quality issues.
  • Identify root causes and prepare quality alerts.
  • Conduct process audits and annual product evaluations.
  • Standardize and initiate lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; completed degree preferred.
  • Preferred fields of study: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Chemical Engineering.
