About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, coordinate, and lead all activities related to quality management throughout the company's processes.
Develop and implement Dynamic Control Plans.
Prepare work instructions and in-process release sheets.
Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Gage R&R studies.
Analyze internal and external quality issues.
Identify root causes and prepare quality alerts.
Conduct process audits and annual product evaluations.
Standardize and initiate lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position.
Bachelor’s degree required; completed degree preferred.
Preferred fields of study: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Chemical Engineering.
