About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, coordinate, and lead all activities related to quality management throughout the company's processes.
- Develop and implement Dynamic Control Plans.
- Prepare work instructions and in-process release sheets.
- Implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Gage R&R studies.
- Analyze internal and external quality issues.
- Identify root causes and prepare quality alerts.
- Conduct process audits and annual product evaluations.
- Standardize and initiate lean manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Bachelor’s degree required; completed degree preferred.
- Preferred fields of study: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Chemical Engineering.
