About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Project & client management
- Main point of contact for ongoing client projects
- Planning, coordinating and supporting projects
- Organizing and conducting client meetings
- Structuring requirements, priorities and next steps
- Advising clients on digital solutions and projects
- Assessing feasibility, effort and alternative approaches
- Identifying follow-up projects and additional needs
- Actively contributing to new client acquisition as well as our market positioning and outreach
- Working collaboratively within the team
- Close coordination with management and the development team
- Translating client requirements into clear, actionable tasks
- Ensuring transparent communication and project overviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project management, client consulting, or an agency/IT environment
- Excellent communication skills and a confident presence
- Structured, reliable approach to work
- Basic understanding of web and software projects
- Experience in new client outreach or consultative sales (nice to have)
- Technical understanding (e.g., CMS, frontend/backend, APIs — no programming required)
- Experience with proposals, project timelines or budgets (nice to have)
