About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a small team.
- Manage the complete CRM setup using Klaviyo, Shopify, postcard marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Create and optimize newsletter campaigns.
- Develop and implement automations.
- Set up and analyze A/B tests.
- Drive the strategic expansion of the CRM.
- Serve clients as an Account Manager.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing e-commerce clients.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience with newsletter tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, Omnisend, or ActiveCampaign.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Previous experience either as an Account Manager at an agency or as a CRM Lead in-house.
