About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Operational management of our external lead agency and quality assurance of agency services with regard to brand presentation, goal attainment, cost-effectiveness and adherence to deadlines
  • Creation and prioritization of briefings and coordination of campaigns, content and communication activities
  • Regular reporting to management and analysis of relevant marketing KPIs
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing measures and derivation of continuous improvement actions for go-to-market (GTM) strategies
  • Ensuring transparent budget and activity control
  • Cross-functional coordination of all marketing activities and consistent brand management
  • SEO optimization of company websites and conducting website analyses to identify optimization potential
  • Planning and management of SEA (search engine advertising) campaigns
  • Commissioning print and promotional materials such as business cards, flyers and small promotional items
  • Management of local marketing activities such as regional festivals, events and trade shows in the Augsburg region

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree in marketing, communications or design
  • Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally with relevant experience working with external agencies or service providers
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with a high level of execution capability
  • Experience managing campaigns, budgets and KPI analysis
  • Strong communication skills and a confident presence when interacting with management, internal departments and external partners
