About the role
- Lead product discovery talk to customers, identify real problems, and define meaningful outcomes
- Own the product roadmap, making clear, well-reasoned prioritisation decisions
- Write clear, actionable PRDs for both hardware and app features
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations to deliver products end-to-end
- Collaborate with external partners (design agencies, app developers, manufacturers)
- Run sustaining programs driving improvements in cost, quality, reliability, and compliance
- Define and track product metrics to inform decisions and measure success
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of product management (or similar) experience
- Experience shipping at least one hardware or connected device
- Strong understanding of electronics or IoT products and their lifecycle
- Experience working with external partners (design houses, app teams, contract manufacturers)
- Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals
